"Couldn't load image" error

I just bought the game and its entire DLC due to the sale; however when I try to play any zombie maps besides five and Kino, the game crashes mid load screen. It states that it "couldn't load image", If anyone has encountered/knows how to fix this, any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue except I cant even get into the game itself, would also love help here. it says cannot load image and then my computer freezes

i have the same issue with call of the dead map it says about it cant load the light house door image ?
