no, there isn't. split-screen isn't something common for shooter games on PC anyway and the only CoD game featuring that is black ops 3. if you enjoy playing such games as split-screen with friends/neighbours/relatives when they visit your home, then I suggest you getting a console (wait for new generation consoles to be released or buy a second hand but properly functioning ps4/xbox1).

If you are interested in scripting and stuff, you could join the nucleus coop group.
They are working on a program to have split-screen in every PC game, but they haven't achieved it yet to get the Call of Duty series to work.
