is there an uncut patch ?
my friends and i bought the game from different stores i bought it from stem and my friends from mmoga now we cant play together because of the uncut version ....

The German version is censored,and the owners of those copies can only play with each other.
As a solution,you can change the game language to English,which will fix the problem

Sadly this doesen't work. I got the uncut version of the game and tried to play with my friends who have set their ingame language to english. It just doesen't work either none of your friends are online or they cannot join you and if you invite them they won't get an invitation.

Their game HAS TO BE in English,otherwise it won't work.Not just changing the language in the properties.There is an installer(The Germans made it) which changes the game language,I downloaded it 2 years ago and it successfuly changed my game language,even though I had Russian
