Cant uninstall HELP !!!

Hi all
I cant uninstall MW3 it keeps saying
Data is used by following games Dedicated servers
Can someone help please

Go to "Tools" in your Library and uninstall "Dedicated Servers" first, then uninstall MW3. Should work
