camera really fast when aiming

can anyone help me with this problem? i want to play with my xbox controller, the game can read my controller but the issue is that the camara is really fast , i mean, when a move the right joystick, the sensibility is really high, making really hard to shoot, i tryed turning low the sensibility, but its not enouch, when i aiming its even faster than when im not aiming, hope somebody could help me, i prefer to play with controller.
