Is there a way to playback my matches?
So is there a way to watch my past games with out using 2nd/third party recording software?

No. The theater has the last 50 games from you.

Theater doesn't store 50 games, it only keeps 25 or 30 of them on the in-game list. If you keep playing after you've reached that number, the theater list will keep going, but once you close the game it will keep ONLY the 25 or 30 most recent matches.

In a file browser (like Windows Explorer), you can go to Program Files (on a 32-bit OS) or Program Files (x86) (on a 64-bit OS) > Steam > steamapps > common > Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 > main, then set the demo folder to 'Read only'. I did that, and after about a month, I've got 325 matches in there (and had about 500 before I upgraded to an SSD and got a new OS, but they're all saved somewhere else). The thing to note is that Theater will only register the 25 or 30 most recent matches in there, so while you can keep all of your matches, you have to delete/move files to watch the older ones.

You can also copy/move the demos (you have to figure out which demo file goes to which match in your theater) to another folder. Then, add a little phrase or description to the filename so it looks like "[3 minute MOAB] xXXXX_XXXXXXXX.demo" (all the big X's are numbers or lowercase letters). If you want to go back and watch or record the match, copy the files from the demo folder to another location (unless there's nothing in it you care about), copy the demo(s) you want to watch back to the MW3/main/demo folder, remove the "[ _______ ] " from the filename, and go to the theater, and watch it there. Just make sure you do NOT change the "xXXXX_XXXXXXXX" part of the filename. I don't know if that will cause problems, but it might.

As far as recording your matches, do you mean for uploading to the Online Vault or to YouTube/Twitch/etc? Because as far as I know, you have to use 3rd party software for uploading to YouTube and other websites. The 'Render and upload' feature listed in the menu was supposed to work, but I heard it was only for clips no longer than 30 seconds.

These days I'm playing mw3 but got a very very bad score. My back is very popular to my enemies. So can you tell me where I can download others' demos? Just like the hltv.org in CSGO. I want to learn how to control my guns, how to aim and how to control my pace. Thanks very much~~

You actually cannot view another player's demos, with only one exception: if someone on your friend list places the match in their own online vault, you can watch it. (But keep in mind, you can only view the first-person view of the player who uploaded it. One of the many shortcomings of MW3's theater mode, especially on the PC.)
