Custom Config (THEATER ONLY, BANABLE?)
Hey guys, i'd like to know wether one of you has experience with custom configs.
I know where to get them but i want to know if there's a VAC-Ban risk.
All i want to do is record my clips with a nice config,
The config removes the HUD, and has different qualitysettings for a nicer view.
This is all for editing perposes and will only take place in the Theater Mode.
Now my question is, will i get a ban even if i replace the custom to original if i want to play online?

Who says so?
I'd like names of each and every one of them, probably all of them are noobs i've beaten 1v1 on dome with superduper tactics cuz i'm beast and stuff -.- (This game is too easy)

Editing the config files will not get you banned. Anything else will.

Does Barata's Console ban you?
I start up the game, connect to online services, go directly into theatre mode, search the clip, go to the point, THEN activate barata's Console , put custom config in, record clip, close console, close mw3.

Basically nothing is done online, just within theater mode.
Do you think the Console is bannable?

you have to go online to even view theater it could be risky some file mods may get you banned.

But when i'm actually in the theater mode, watching a gameplay, THEN enabling the console, and close the console after im done recording, and it automatically closes mw3 aswell, how could that be bannable? It doesn't change the files at all, it changes the config of THAT particular game at that particular moment, after i close the config + mw3, and start it again, the config ofcourse is unloaded, so the default one is put back in place.

The Barata's Console, an "external console", is a DLL, which WILL modify you game files (at least in your memory ram) and the DLL itself will RUN in your memory, which all makes it detectable for VAC!

Better use software like fraps which won’t touch the game files and modify your movie afterwards (Windows Movie Maker etc).

Here’s an interesting list of what is allowed - VAC game modifications
