Black Ops 2 runs with 90 FPS
UPD: turning off the shadows, ambient oclussion stuff while putting everything else on max and even vsync works for me.....60 fps w/ vsync, 90 w/o it. I used to play it everything max for years but now its real confusion to see shadows dropping fps from 80+ to 40..

and main thing make sure amd overdrive isnt in use if you have it
I said before that I got some heavy spikes in the game especially when aiming w/ sniper rifle, smoke, CQC etc. It is TOTALLY gone now without any real effort, I just reinstalled my mobo, CPU, video, ram sticks etc and cleared everything; now im playing full-HD maxed out w/ vsync and having 60 fps. Mobo's bad positioning e.c. one's textolite being slightly twisted caused those spikes, after installing all the stuff propertly the problem is gone!
And Im also using FX cpu and 270x videocard so this should be more than enough to play mw3 with comfort
FOR EVERYONE ONCE AGAIN: dont forget simply to check your hardware, maybe ur components are overheating, hdd is just defragmented or something else may ruin your experience!
