Assuming it's the theater option when you can record your matches for replays and stores them online

yes theater option. off reduces in game lag, but then you cant watch your awesome video after.

when online in menu select theater and then you can watch and or record your movie with fraps or whatever. you can also upload to your vault and your friends can watch. my clan uses it to monitor our members for cheats. your theater will save i think 20 or so games.you have to be in multiplayer to see theater option.
