Blind eye and/or Assassin Pro?

What hides you best from enemy players on the ground? Blind Eye or Assassin Pro? Do they overlap functions? I.e., don't need them both?

I have assassin, but turned off blind eye. A guy runs around a corner and knifes me like he knows I am there?? Even with silencer?

dude you are a real, not in ofensive way, noob. you know nothing of this game.
first there is NOTHING that can HIDE you from players
if you have blind eye and assasin i can hear you from around the corner as u ran or even step, i can hear you (sitrep pro/dead silece) reloading or fireing a silenced weapon or even a swap of your weapon will make a sound
i can see you with sitrep droping a betty or radar or any other device and now you are around the corned once that red radar is deployed and before first ping you are already dead
so please do not try to find a magic solution to... hide (loooool)
just... fight!

You should use both :) And get assasin to pro asap. It also depends how you play :)
Its pretty useless to play with silencer and assasin pro when you rush and make steps like a coward.

I just notice the difference. For example, if I am a sniper, I have assassin pro, silencer, and dead silence. I am much less mobile, but I often see people run right past me, e.g., and I shoot them as they go bye. Obviously, I'm not appearing on their HUD. A guy was telling me last night that even if you have these features, if they have the RECON perk , they will see you. It seems like Blind Eye is more for evading sentry guns and predator missles, but I found that it doesn't work on predator missles. I still light up as a red box in the kill cam. I was just wondering if it had an effect on the HUD.
Yes, I am pretty much a noob. But I also suffer from burst wireless internet, which gets me killed because even though I am firing point blank before the do, I still die.

you either didn't use blind eye or some acchole was standing next to you

Thanks for the list. Blind eye only says it hides you from sentry guns and air support, but recon cancels out assassin pro... that explains a lot.

air support = assault killstreak and support killstreak

a little old. yes blind eye should have hid you like R3d said. so you may have been next to someone or not had it. i do this time to time, pick a class thinking it was the one i wanted and find out it was not.

also recon does not cancel out assassin pro. nore does recon pro. all it does though is if you do get tagged by a explosion or if you have it pro, a bullet then you show up for a second. (maybe a couple). assassin would still hide you from the mini map as long as you are not shot at.

same with not having a silencer. as long as you dont fire you wont show up. if you do fire then you will show up for the couple seconds.

recon only paints you on the minimap for a limited amount of time when hit by a bullet or explosion. It doesn't cancels jacksh!t
