this game is totally safe, and by safe I mean for those selected players and by those I mean me
Besides the joke there...mw2 is more of a ♥♥♥♥ show than this game and besides most of the "exploit abusive players" are currently ruining the more recent games Such as ww2 bo4 and such
So mw3 actually still in a playable state

Look at it this way, there is pretty much one playable server at any given time on this mw3, even if hackers are exploiting other cods more you are still at risk, all it takes is one person my man..

Look at it this way, there is pretty much one playable server at any given time on this mw3, even if hackers are exploiting other cods more you are still at risk, all it takes is one person my man..

It has been public for at least 5 months now.
However, while doing research I noticed that the nbot site is down right now

It used to be $50. The source code became free about a week or two ago.

I had same issue, after that I did full scan of my pc with eset internet security. Should I reinstall os and why then?

ESET for the win.
I would launch windows in safe mode as it limits your OS to only its essential driver components and run an AV scan with ESET, then reinstall your OS just in-case that little homies lurking around somewhere deeper than just your local files where ESET cant see it.
