FoV Changers in 2020

I recently had the itch to play some MW2 and MW3 on PC, but I totally forgot there's no FoV slider like in more modern CoDs.

Question is, are these safe in 2020? I genuinely don't want a VAC ban cause I wanted to make an old game more playable for me.

I played months ago with one and have no ban. But cant tell you if it is safe to use, since fps unlocker was sad to not be ban able but was.

When you find someone offering some promising programs, what do you do to make sure they aren't malicious?

using fov changer is not cheating, even infinity ward made it clear my man, so using an fov changer is tolerated and accepted by the developers

As long as it is not VAC detected you are fine.

Find one on a forum that other people have used. If somebody has said it's VAC safe more than 1 week ago, it's safe. This game is not moderated. If VAC doesn't see it, you will never get banned.

Hence why this game is ruled by fat cheating virgins who've never seen a ♥♥♥♥♥ in their lives

The devs cleared this one up that fov changers are fine just nothing eles

is the fov changer safe? It shows 2 flags in virus total and that makes me nervous
