Report a translation problem
I have tried turning the windows defender and firewall off, the problem still persists.
Reinstalled the game, no luck.
I don't know what the problem is.. maybe I don't know how to port forward? I have tried following the instructions, but I'm not sure it worked.
The game allows me to play random matchmaking, and join servers, just not my friends, and they cannot join me either

There were some exceptions, where the game would allow me to connect to those friends with moderate NAT, but only periodically... don't know what causes that
