Hello m8's.I can't play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 online. When ı press play it says connecting to online services.A little bit later it says:

The Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 3 server is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit

Are you on a MAC?? The update last april, broke matchmaking between MAC and PC.
Or it can be blocked bye firewall and/or antivirus program.

Do you still have problems connecting online?? I just played a match of tdm.. no problem for me. The update in april changed the _sp.exe and _mp.exe files. Delet and make a new rule in firewall and antivirus for the games .exe files

EDIT:
If you play with DLC - you need dlc 1, 2 and 4 to find other players. If you don't have those 3, you would not find any players. I play with those 3 dlc and I find a lobby in tdm. Good ping too.

I have no idea what is blocking you!!! is it region block or is it in you router??
Try soft restart of the router and in windows; reset networkcard.

I also can't seem to play any of my currently installed Call of Duty titles (multiplayer). I've tried Modern Warfare 3, Black Ops 1 and 2.
None of them worked.
Tried reseting my router and adding ports.
Nothing. :/

I've checked the online server status several times over the last few days, but it always said the servers are online.
(You can just check BO2 now at https://www.callofduty.com/mw3/status, older titles aren't available.)

Dont even bother playing the offical server, its dead af.
It takes 15-30min to find 1 game.

Go for CoD MW3 plutonium

Just search it on google, its a third party Mw3 with more maps and easier to find a game

Check firewall and/or antivirus rules for those games. The .exe files was changed during the update they pulled out last april. Delete old ruels and make new for each cod's .exe you have problem with. That should happen automatic, when you delete the old one and then start the game. A prompt will show up on the screen to ask you if you want to allow the programs .exe.

I've tried, but it didn't help. I explicitly checked both private and public networks when the window came up, to make sure nothing blocks it. Same problem.
