noclip for special ops

Hello,
i am looking for noclip for special ops, i have non steam version, don't know which exactly.
Tried xcheatengine by following some video, or dll inject to enable developer console, both didn't work.
Or tried one program which enables it with f1 and disable with f2 didn't work either.
