9v9 lobbies in Domination playlist

Every now and then I encounter a 9v9 lobby in the Domination playlist. This playlist should only host 6v6 games, but there they are, full blown 9v9 mega rampage carnage on Hardhat and Mission, and it's a huge mess overall.

Now these lobbies are usually (i.e. almost always) legit, meaning that no cheaters, or at least no obvious cheaters are in the game (I'm quite good at recognizing the signs that someone is cheating, and here I mean the more subtle ones, like a visual ESP/Wallhack, not just the plain obvious rage-mode aimbots).

I looked at the hosts' profiles and they had no recorded VAC bans; quite the opposite, they usually seemed like pretty reputable people. I also noticed that once I became the host in one of these (through the previous host leaving), the host status stuck to me until I left (we are talking about up to 8-10 games here).

I found these lobbies very entertaining myself (especially considering there is no Ground War anymore) and would like to know how they are made. Is it a legit tool? Is it a bannable hack/mod? Is it a glitch in the game itself?

In case you know about an exact tool, and that tool is only available through a hax, then let's spare the characters here and keep the forum a bit more clean in this regard.

That's used by the same guys that force you to play SnD with 9x9 even though u joined a 6x6 TDM lobby :) ♥♥♥♥ Modders will be banned someday ( I know not all since vac sucks )

This is the other thing I wanted to ask. If this thing was completely legit, would you guys mind a few additional 9v9 domination games, strictly in the domination queue? Or is this generally frowned upon?

I personally really enjoy 9v9 matches.

You queue up for domination so u want to play domination :) When someone would just add more players,itI would be perfectly fine. But changing the mode in the wrong queue is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. It's not legit anyway and some people will get banned for it.
