BLOPS 1 "failed to run install script"

With how bad the hacking has gotten in COD MW3 the past two months, I decided to try a "new-to-me" title. I got BLOPS1 on Amazon for $20. Well - I've tried installing it four times, and it keeps blowing up EARLY...

The link for Activion's Tech Support doesn't load. I tried Activision's web site, and it doesn't even have BLOPS 1 as a selection (is no longer supported?).

Thoughts / suggestions on how to get Tech Support???

I bought a new desktop PC for $1,250 April 2016. My PC is "the nuts." It is NOT that.
