Single player won't start up..

Hi guys,

Yesterday I bought Modern warfare 3!
I went to install.
When it was installed, my single player won't start up.
I've 'verify integrity of game cache' but it still won't start up.
Do you have other tips to help me?

Delete the appcache in Steam folder.

It didn't work.

Error codes?

Reinstall DirectX.

Reinstall C++ Redistributable 2010.

Update graphic drivers.

PC specs?

I did that, but it doesn't work.
PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core I5 - 3210M, 2.5GHz
Memory: 4GB
HDD: 500 GB
OS: WIN7 premium

Error code:
When I start the game there is a 'preparing to launch'.
After that the game won't start up.
