- Open drive "C" and then "steamnow", then open steamapps (it is a folder)
- Now open the first folder call "common", then open "call of duty modern warfare 3", then open "players2"
- There is a file called "config" at the beginning and then after that there is a file called "config_mp." (we don't need "config_mp" just the "config") left click on it, then right click on it and then open it with Notepad
- Go to edit menu and then select find now --> write this in the search bar: "maxpackets" and then search --> click on find next --> now you see something like this:"cl_maxpackets "1000"" (or with other number) ---> change it to 100
- Now save the notepad (in order to save your modification)
- Left click on config again ---> go to properties config.cfg --> right click and then properties --> at the bottom do you see read-only --> tick mark it and then ok.
- Restart your computer now.
You may never run out of synch again (except if you play whit someone who didn't do this procedure).
