MW3 problem with Dualshock 4

Hello everybody,
Recently I have downloaded Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 on steam and it works perfectly.
I have also downloaded the DS4Tool to use the Dualshock 4 for PC games, and it works on every game I have (Black ops 2 and Advanced Warfare) except for MW3. When I play MW3, the only thing that works on the Dualshock 4 is the touchpad, other buttons like X, O or R1 etc. don't work. Any help would be great! Thank you in advance.

That's a third party program, so you won't get support for that here. Game was made when the Dualshock 4 didn't even exist.

Black Ops 2 too was made before the Dualshock 4 and yet it still works. In addition MW3 is compatible with the Dualshock 4 (says in ign.com). I just don't know why the Touchpad in the Dualshock 4 is the only thing that works when I play MW3... (Other buttons like R1, O etc don't work)

Modern Warfare and Black Ops were made by 2 seperate companies and go quite different ways in terms of engine.

True, but I have recently watched a Youtube video where a guy uses the Dualshock 4 with MW3 (which shows us that it is actually possible to do it..).
