Scorched Earth bug?

So im playing through MW3 and im on the leve "Scorched Earth"
I have just raplied down the building and gone onto the street where you have to kill the T-90 using the RPG-7, I destroy the tank and after about 10 seconds I get "The allied tanks were destroyed" and this keeps happening, I have reset the level and still get this problem, can anyone help me?

Done that and restarted the level still happens... Time to uninstall

Are you sure you aren't just doing something wrong? I'd recommend watching a walkthrough on that level.

I have played through the game multiple times on consoles and watched a pc walkthrough on the level just to make sure. Within 10 seconds of destroying the T-90 Sandman will say "Move up" and when he says that the mission ends because the allied tanks were destroyed.

maybe you try not doing anything but trying not to die.

I got past it. unstalled it and reinstalled it and worked fine.

Reinstall for the 5th times but that bug still there :(

this can also happen when using infinite health mod, it can cause issues with that mission, try closing the game and the trainer and restart mission without infinite health or the trainer at all, until you get past the tank patrol part
