Help bug survival/spec ops

Hello,

When my friend and I connect to play in survival/OP spec mode, after a few minutes or seconds, the game starts lagging. It looks like my friend is disconnected from the game (even though he isn't), and his character stops reacting completely. He just shoots at the wall and walks around.

We can't figure out how to fix the issue. We both have good machines, so the problem doesn't come from there.

Try switching hosts first. Make sure you are both on a wired internet connection as well, wireless internet connection is way too unstable for MW3 survival mode. I've heard enabling "sync every frame" can help as well but I'm not sure.

Thank you for your response :) I am indeed using a wired connection, but my friend is on Wi-Fi. We will try that.

wired connection, max packets to 100, vsync enabled. should make game play very good

Doing the same thing to me right now, did turning on sync every frame end up working for you?

both you and your partner have to match your settings. being vsync enabled and changing max packets too 100 inside your game config. set to read only when finished.
having a wired connection helps alot too. physical distance from partner also plays a role in overall latency of course.

5 or 6ghz wifi minimum. but not all wifi is created equal. this game is very finicky. for absolute best experience you want to have everything in order
