Low FPS
No matter how I change the video settings, my FPS stays around 20-30 FPS. Multiplayer or singleplayer, it doesn't change. Is there any way I can raise this?
My specs are:
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor 3.30GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 8
Thanks for the help.

I have updated my video drivers, but my FPS hasn't changed. Anyone else have any solutions?

Try out to defrag your HDD. It may help on your system performance so your gameplay will be less laggy and you will get more fps.

Your refresh rate may be locked at 30hz for some reason. I had a similar issue with Company of Heroes, in which the game was locked at 24hz because I was playing on a TV.

In your library, right click on the game and go to properties -> set launch options.
Type "-refresh 60" (minus the quotation marks) in the line. Start up the game and see if it worked.

I had that same problem just after i installed and only know have i found a fix that gets the frame rate over 45 fps to 50 fps,i had to wait as ATI has only just bought this software out it can be downloaded from there driver download page and if i remeber it is called (AMD Gaming Evolved.exe) it will give the game a none screened test run and auto configure the best settings i have also got a few older games to run with this new app hope it helps you

I don't know why mabye it's your refresh rate.
Before the computer i have now I had slower computer than you and it worked 60 fps in the best settings
Try using native image quality , turning off soften smoke edges and setting textures to high im breaking 200fps + with those settings!
