Changing graphics crash
Hello !
When I try changing any graphic settings, upon saving the changes the game crashes to desktop, but freezes my desktop, I can't do anything but windows key, then log out or restart.
Anyone knows something about this? Is this a known problem ? I couldn't find anything on Google.

I'm having the exact same issue. Didn't have it in the past but that was a few years ago when I last played this. Currently looking for a fix. Please let me know if you find one.

same here i change my graphics and it crashes to desktop and freezes my PC , i can change controls and movement no problems but once i change a simple thing related to graphics it dies ... thinking about refunding tbh

I found a way to modify the graphics without using the options that causes the crash. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3\players2/config.cfg and find the selection you want to change.

Look up the answer from ulasamosa, it fixed the crashing, very simple fix !
