creating new profile

hey guys and girls
ive been playing cod mordern warfare 3 for quite a while, then switched to cod ghosts, but ive kinda gotten the urge to replay some of the survival modes in cod mw3, and wanting a fresh start I have been wondering if it is at all possible to create/delete/reset a profile in the spec ops category starting over at rank/lvl 1.
I know you can create new profiles on the consoles but I can't work out how to create/delete/reset profiles on the pc
