There is no such thing as cheat codes for this kinds of issues. If you had a console in this game you could type map_nameofthemap and launch it but this is not COD4 so its not possible to do it.

In CoD4 perhaps, but they started locking things down after MW2.

I don't have time to play the whole game.

Play the game from start on Easy and finish it: Then you can jump in at any level and change difficulty at your wish.

You bought a game and don't want to play it?

Also, Call of Duty campaigns are notoriously short, especially on lower dififculties. You'd have no problem completing the game in a few hours.
