Xbox One Controller Button Issue

Hey there, just started Grow Up over the past day or so and have been using an Xbox One Elite controller via Wireless adapter and noticed that some buttons don't appear to work, most notably is the start button (or whatever they actually call it on the xbox one controllers)... hitting it will not pause the game so i've been having to grab a keyboard to hit Esc to get to the menu...

I tested a 360 controller and it worked fine, so it seems to be a Xbox One controller issue... I am running Windows 10 Anniversary update, after updating I had the common issue of Xbox One controllers just not working at all in many games, but I have since fixed it up and haven't had any issues, finished Grow Home using it before starting Grow Up, so I'm pretty confident in saying something may need to be tweaked with the game??

I'm also seeing this still when streaming (both via Steam In-Home Streaming and NVidia GameStream) using a XBox 360 Wireless Controller.

Further tests... the start button works when using Big Picture mode, but not when not. :) (That does, at least, mean there's a potential workaround!)
