Think about all the Big name titles that were released around the same time, Bioshock 2, Darksiders, God of war 3, Starcraft 2 (which already had a massive following). mario galaxy... the list goes on. I think that a lot of the people, myself included, saw a couple reviews and trailers for it and thought to themselves "bioshock ripoff"... how wrong I was. After playing it, I became a fan because this game was amazing. It was a whole other level of story telling.
I know Im late but it's because generic NPCs like generic trash made specifically for generic NPCs... there are far more NPCs than normal players thats why trash games get made... easy and cheap while charging arm and leg and genetic NPCs keep buying....
game by namco hometek... that was a cool game, they were the first to actually do a cover based shooting that we see in many vidya games today... that game never saw a sequel....
good on yah, legend 😎 you og
