Is this game Region Locked!?

Im assuming it's Region Locked or Censored in some countries because it's not showing on GOG (Germany). And from previous experiences... if a Game doesn't show up in other Platforms except Steam, (It means that this Steam version must be a Censored one). And if it doesn't show up anywhere (in that country) It means that It's banned.
Yeahh... I'm from CuckCountry Germanystan. It's very difficult getting some games here.

I checked Schnittberichte. This game should be censored in germany.
Meaning not being able to shoot actual holes into enemies, but that works just fine for me.
From the looks of it this is the uncensored version then.

EDIT: I am playing the game in english.
That might be why. Setting it to german also enables the censorship.

Dude... I'm sorry for what I'm about to say... but your Country [DE] is the 2n'd most Cucked country in the West after Sweedistan. It's disgusting how much censorship I have encountered here so far, and It's been only 3 years since I moved here, as an Engineer.

This is why I always check a game if it's available in other continents before I decide to buy it from the country I currently live. Especially ♥♥♥♥*n Germany'stan. You won't believe how many censored/banned games I witnessed here so far.
