Unfortunately Singularity suffers from having a minimum player limit of 6 players to start a multiplayer match, ping/region locked matchmaking, no lobby browsing and no join-in progress which combined kills all MP longevity in any game.
the only way to revive games like this is if they remastered/patched it with lobby browsing, no region lock and join-in progress, that saves every MP game until server shutdown

Halo Master chief collection recent MP overhaul had bad region lock which made the game DOA unable to find games until they removed it.
perfect dark remastered was DOA after 1 week due to region lock matchmaking, no lobby browsing
yet perfect dark zero still is alive/playable today (more than 10 year old game) due to 200iq devs making lobby browsing back when it first released on xbox 360
red faction guerrila remastered released last year, best MP ever, and was DOA multiplayer since devs left the region locked, no lobby browsing matchmaking as is, impossible to find games, rip
