on normal it took me less than 2 hours....

8 hours. First playthrough, hardest difficulty. Read notes, listened to tapes, explored, completed the different endings.

Those few hours are quality, shooters could learn to have cool weapons like this game instead of 37 different ARs and SMGs that basically have the same precision and feedback.

If you value more quality than quantity you should try it. Padding and grinding isn't just fun to play and you don't get a refund of time spent.

my first playthrough on normal difficulty took me around 9 hours (with re-loading to see the different endings etc.).

The WR is one hour and 24 minutes. I don't think you beat it that quickly unless you were trying to speedrun it.
