We've since then made some minor updates to the OST digitally (such as the updating of 'dear friend' to the full version that happened recently), but in general I don't think it's a great idea to have the physical and digital drift apart.
As for Lamune vs Ramune, it was merely a rename for this edition. Due to Japanese pronunciation, both could be valid (and were used in wold), but in the past 10 years I think I've seen "Ramune" spelling for the drink become more dominant in the west and went with that this time around.
