Yes, you can change them! Heres how,,,

Remap unmapable button keys for games ex: Transformers:

.Install Autohotkey (must download this program)
.Right click desktop-->new-->Auto Hot Key script
.Name the file (to what ever you want it named) and ensure its saved as an .ahk by right clicking file-->Properties and look at "type of file" = (.ahk)
.right click the file-->choose to "open with"-->note pad
.in the blank space area under the last paragraph, add the remap buttons there.

EX: if a game has R for reload and E is desired, simple put e::r and now the E button will act as the R

Continue to add all desired key changes one under the other EX:
e::r
w::s
mbutton::shift

How to remap Mouse buttons/keyboard:
go to start button-->all programs-->Auto hot key-->Auto hot key help file "-->remapping keys and buttons (this will show examples of how to map the mouse controls and other keys such as this example -->mbutton::shift),

Keyboard listing for other keys ex: shift, control:
Please note: the wavy icon ~ (tilde key on the left of the number one key) in front of the shift /control/alt key is needed to activate the button mapping as it it pressed, without it, the key will activate when the button mapping is released...
EX--> ~shift, activate when pressed
EX--> shift, activate when let go of

When done remapping buttons, save the file and name it the game its saved for, double click the file to start script right before playing a game, an Green H will appear in the taskbar to show that the script has started. If you fail to stop or exit the script in the taskbar, then when you go to type a document such as Microsoft word, the keys will all be different according to how you edited them for the script.

Post back to let me how this turned out.
Enjoy!

I'm not one for downloading scripts for controller changing, feels like too much work sometimes. That's why I said no. :P
