you can see a package called Blur Comp which can only be obtained via cd key
however these couldve been given exclusively to devs and family members and such however its not marked so

I have a fair few giftable copies, in my steam library; used to stockpile things when I built PCs for music industry types. No idea how I'd go about listing or selling them mind :/

The game was taken out of steam shop, and the only way to get it is through steam gift codes, or get a pirate copy or a physical one.

Comp packages are literally in... every older Steam game. It doesn't mean anything. There is 0 evidence of someone having an package based off it.
