Do you or have you bought Blur on Steam? I have it on Steam and currently as I'm typing here downloading on my blistering fast (*not*) 10Mbs connection. The previous time I tried to play/run the game was 2015 on Windows 8 and it failed to launch and I never tried it again after that.

Here you can find trainers etc to run Blur. You will need to click and wait through about 5x ads. All the ads have close buttons. You can get throught the click bait advertising witthout installing any of the pushed links, without accepting any plugins in browser. Be patient. Eventualy it will ask yo ute select the download region with a green rectangle button, the file will download in .7z format (7zip is freeware). No virusses, I've first used GameCopyWorld since 2003. And only for games that are no longer for sale or download on Steam. All of the 1000's of games on my Steam account are bought and paid for.
