Bug preventing me from moving forward. Emailed devs twice, no response.

I'm sad to say I'm stuck on the second chapter because of a bug. I've emailed the devs twice, which they seem to tell people to do a lot on these forums, but I haven't gotten a response. Has anyone had any luck contacting them?

Hey there. What email were you using? Possible we missed it, but it's also possible it was spammed or something.

Are you playing on PC? I believe I know what area you are talking about and what causes this issue, but more details obviously help. :)
