Is this broken or what? I listened all messages, but nothing. :P

Heyo! Soem of the achievements can take a few minutes to unlock. Did you listen to the voicemails and the texts? If so, and you've waited a few minutes, you may trigger it once another achievement triggers. The only instance where the delay becomes a problem is if you unlock it, but don't wait until you trigger it.

OK, I'm not certain what might cause this. It definitely does unlock, but it sounds like you may be in some strange bugged state. What I would recommend you do is finish the game where you are ok with losing your save (e.g. if you've finished a playthrough).

Then go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Perception\Saved\SaveGames (NOTE: while in the USER folder, you may need to show hidden folders by going to "View" then clicking "Hidden items" Delete your savegames in the folder.

Then, when you restart, play up to when you can use your phone. Then listen to all your messages.

That's great to hear. Sorry for the trouble. We'll keep looking to see what might cause that issue, but stoked you were able to work around the issue.
