and messed around with the output_log.txt to see if the death count is alterable( it's server side unfortunately)
And the next time i died in the game, this achievement popped.
I got the One life is enough upon dying once in the game and doing nothing else.
Recently, I got the 'One life to live' by dying once and then exitting the game - which is what it says for the description for 'One life is enough'. So apparently you get one of them for dying the first time and the second for dying once and then quitting the game. The descriptions just don't match.
