Security breach?

Is this like that one game released a few days ago "Watch Paint Dry?" That game was put on to the marketplace through hacking to expose a security breach.

I ask because this seems like it is along the same lines of that... This is seriously a "game?" Really?

Then again, after the gates opened all sorts of stuffs been uploaded. This could actually be real, I mean, those games about playing as poop are legit right?
