6 STD's?

So I've been playing around with the game after the 3 weeks time limit and I looked through the achievements and there's one for getting all 6 STD's in a single save file. I've sent all 18 girls to the motel and every one of them (save the couple that got AIDS) have had 2 or 3 STD's each, but I have only seen 5 so far. Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis, Chlamydia, and AIDS. I'm just wondering what the 6th STD is and how rare it is to get because this file has over 60 days on it so far.

Aids was the hardest one to catch for me.. got it on the 18th try, so I didn't have to start curing people of duplicates. You must've been really unlucky.

In the few playthroughs I've done while going for the Catch 'Em All achievement I am yet to get Herpes, which would generally be a good thing to say. I'm not sure whether it would be faster to start all over or try to cure every girl, might just use some other finished save files.

Edit: I finally got Herpes in my journey to Catch 'Em All. During my (premature) celebration over my new achievement I realized that there was no pop-up. Thinking that I had turned off my overlay I checked my profile page, and alas, I did not Catch 'Em All. I will resume my quest, now on the hunt for AIDS.

Is there any criteria for this achievement?
Do I have to get all 6 within the 21 days limit, or can I mess around with endless mode?

You can do it in endless mode.

You can get all of them in any save file. It took me 65 days to get Herpes, just keep going. It seems like every save file has one STD that is extremely rare to get.

I got all STDs in one day, 22th. So I guess it's even more random.
