How do i get rid of an std

If it is curable, buy the STD cure from the adult shop and give it to the girl.
If it is incurable, she's worthless now. Replace her.

You have to send one of your girls to the adult store and when she finishes, theres a chance that you can pick out some pills that get rid of an std in 3 days. However, I think some STD's are permanent, so just keep an eye out on that.

It depends on which STD you have. Some you can't get rid of(effectively destroying the character), others you can get rid of with pills bought from the store. It's best not to go near the escorting thing in my opinion. Stick to the camming/photoshoots

I had Jessie escorting for the first time, and she caught AIDS straight away. She was too stressed to do anything (and the STD cure pills don't work for it), so there was nothing else to do that send her away...

YOu can use steroids to make her do anything, other than escort.

Syphilis, Gonorrhoea, & Chlamydia are all treatable with antibiotics, and if caught quickly enough curable without long term damage IRL.
HPV, herpes, Hepatitis A & B (C is spread by blood primarily, even those of us with years of exposure to an infected partner are rarely found to contract it except through blood to blood contact ie needle sharing or via open wounds), and HIV/AIDS are treatable, and largely preventable (herpes and HPV being the exception as it only requires skin contact to spread so condoms are not very effective here, the HPV vaccine OTOH blocks around 20 or so forms of the HPV ~50 known types), but not cureable at this time (we're hopeful since the "Berlin Patient" in 2008 we might have an actual cure for HIV that with luck will be available by 2020).

Steroids in game will stop the secondary effect of an STI allowing the girls to work in the affected roles until it expires (2 day course). mouse over the status indicator to see if it's permanent or not, and which business is affected, so far I've only seen Syphilis first hand which prevents your girl from doing photo shoots.

Unfortunately the condom is a single use, it's a little sad since I know the local sex shop and the condom manufacturers both sell in bulk to individuals (though pharmacies and supermarkets don't tend to).
