Conservation of accessories - possible?
My gut says no, but is there any way to remove an accessory from a girl without discarding it?

Looking for a way to remove accssories myself. One of my girls caught an STD but i gave her a nicotine patch to surpress her need to smoke... I've been trying to give her the antibiotics she needs because the STD is curable but i take it i can't give her the antibiotics while the nicotine patch is equipped?

You can only remove them by discarding them, which is mostly for balance reasons.
All accessories stack, means you can be drugged, on nictoine patches and still take your antibiotics and you'll be absolutely fine. Kind of like real life ; )
