The best I've found to do is have 6 actual working girls as close as possible to each other in fetishes, 1 doing nothing but buying smokes and a floating girl on recruitment and toy purchasing.

Of the actual 6 working girls you have 4 girls constantly doing photoshoots and 2 in the cam studio. Because they all share fetishes, lets say cake / squirt all the fans the 4 girls gain in photo shoots will transfew directly to the girls doing the caming.

My strategy started out with using my 1/1 girl to be the main grocery and item girl after the first few hours~days. From there it was a matter of getting girls who had a fetish in common and spreading them out between fan-earning and money-earning.

After securing a small amount, I went and upgraded them to the max since "the sooner the better". I had only 1 girl on fans and kept gathering more grocery/item girls and money girls until I found out about the 'Subscribe Pillow' and other fetish items and then put them on everyone and maxed all their stats and ended up with 7 money makers and 1 grocery girl.

I think the main reason I didn't put so much effort into photo shoots was because I kept getting girls that were in sync with my main photo-lady (Each fetish has 3 girls so I got up to 5 other girls at first who benefited from her 50%) and because I felt money->more girls is better than fans->more money.

If your also going to have dedicated girls making fans for your cam girls of similiar fetishes don't upgrade the photo girls at the strip joint, you want that skill to be low because it increases their pay and you'll never use it. Basically max style for photo girls and dancing for cam girls.

Fans are worth alot more then multiple girls on the cam studio, the first time thru I tried 6 girls caming at once and was making like 6k a show per girl with max level upgrades for the cam and all of them at max strip skill. The 2nd game when I did 4 photo/2 cam girls the girls I had on cam were making 42k a show per girl because of all the fans that the other 4 girls gave them.

Also you want smokers and drinkers, vanilla girls require way to much down time. Audrey can work almost three times as long as Tiffany before she needs to go to the spa. Your going to have atleast one useless girl anyway and she can easily support 6 smokers/drinkers with a shoping basket upgrade.

Err how do you unlock promos, and what is it?

Just finished up my best run so far, with a score of ~160,000 and bought all upgrades except the 1 million cost money collection.

General strategy was to avoid alcohol and cig usage at all costs. Always take a girl with at least one of those set to never if available and quickly use items to cut them off. I didn't send any girls to get alcohol or cigs in this run. Try to keep fetishes similar and when possible use 2 items on each girl to do so. Piggy banks are useful on the first couple girls. After that the optimal build is 2 fetish items and 1 pillow.

First 2-3 girls balanced on talent and style, building fans and making money, using girl 3 or 4 to stock up on items and recruit when needed. Never escort.

The goal is to get all 8 girls with at least one fetish in common, maxed talent, all working in the cam studio or resting at all times as soon as possible, which I think I pulled off around day 17. You want to max out the upgrade that increases number of promos you can do each day early, then buy all of them every day. Focus on money collection and productivity upgrades with your excess money each day. The main reason for this is that photo shoots simply can't keep up with promos in the long run, when you are buying 20k or more fans a day. Even with maxed style, you only can manage around 100 fans per photo shoot.

There is a bit of luck involved with getting the promos to match your girls' fetishes, but with good luck I could see easily breaking 300k. My run was a bit unlucky with 6 girls only making around 15k per cam session and the other two getting 50k+ per session.

So the true stat is easily match 2 fetish item to 6 girls pref addicts and givem all the pillow, then have 1 girl close to possible to the others with her base stuff and a pillow, and a girl with a basket colleciting items.

Do characters who smoke/drink still get the stress accumulation reduction if you give them the item to cut them off of using it? For example, if I gave Audrey a Wine Box and Nicotine Patch, would she still have reduced stress gain?

No, only when consuming from the look of it. Even if ity wasnt it's a waste of spots, you want as many fetishes as possible for most fans
