Why don't you just play them with touches as intended? In Android OS developer options you can activate showing touches on the screen, that was you likely would be able to play it on big screen without looking at tablet.
I did a similar thing: installed Room 1 on portable projector that in running on Android. Air mouse(remote control) was not working as well, only two "air styluses" did. To explain what i mean: https://designbd.ru/uploads/articles/1024/800x800_1/1513033759_4.jpg two those white sticks.
So you need something that can emulate two touches. I dunno can it be done with two mice or not.
A sidenote: Room 1 also requires orientation sensor for 1 puzzle. So i wasn't able to finish it on a tablet with that sensor broken. Don't remember if Room 3 requires it.
What i did instead was download an emulator called MEmu which works perfectly and gives me the exact same graphic quality on my nice big tv that the PC versions did. Also it actually let me sign in with my real Google Play account... so i simply re-downloaded both games instead of looking for APK files because I had already bought them.
Only problems i encountered were… 1. I still had to do the pinch maneuver to zoom out and also the multi-touch thing. I fixed both of these with Auto Hot Keys :) I learned that F3 also worked the same as the pinch maneuver, so i mapped that using AHK to the right mouse button, and as for the multi-touch thing... well MEmu has this "single-button" thing where you assign a letter to it (say A for example) then you put one on the screen where you want the input to occur and then press and hold down the letter you chose while you do the other required action with the mouse at the same time.
I figured i might aswell just map A to the middle mouse button with AHK to make it easier. Yeah, so like early on in The Room Three where you need to slide that panel back, hold it and then un-hinge a latch that's under it… well i worked out roughly where the panel will be once it's slid back, put one of those "single button" things on it, then slid it back, held down the middle mouse button and then used the mouse and left button to undo the latch :D I'm guessing that's kinda on the lines of what you were talking about, right?
