What is still being added through early access?

I recently went through my PAX Aus 2015 stuff and was reminded of this charming little game. However, I was a little surprised to see it was still in early access. What is still being added to the game? I remember it being very enjoyable a year and a half ago so I'm not sure what's left to add.
