why cancel language chinese?

why？just tell me...give me reason plz

Try these options

1. "Right click on the game in your Steam Library -> Properties -> Language"

2. "Go to Region panel in control panel.. go to Advanced options and in the Administrative tap. change the UNICODE language text " System Regional Configuration" If that thing is in Simplified Chinese Change it to English or the Language wanted and reboot your PC.
This fixed my problem. Hope it fix yours"

1- right click on naryto game on steam menu
2- choose properties
3- click on the section that is on the left of language section
4- choose the last option which says verify data
then you will receive an error 'game is not verified , you have to dowload bla bla bla'
click yes and let it download
5- try to verify it again this time it will say it s OK
6- after the second vrification download restart your PC
7- open steam and click game you will see the menu language will change"
