Invert horizontal option for gamepad.

Please add the option for gamepad to invert horizontal camera movement.
This function can be done by enable steam input.
But when steam input enabled, select button and directional buttons functions are broken.
So i just want to disable steam input and invert horizontal camera option inside the game.
