Unfortunately — yes. You see, I even thought that it is machine transation (maybe it is). A lot of grammatical and stylistical mistakes. If you are not sure, ask some russian native speaker. Possibly, it doesn't bother people in general (even some native speakers don't know language well, for example kids (to be honest, looks like the transation was made by kid too)), but for me it would be better if there was just the original text.
