How to unlock characters?
I have more assassins unlocked than pirates. When my friends play, everyone wants to be an assassin. I'm not understanding how to unlock the bearded pirates, nor the skeletons. Anyone have success yet? I'm guessing two of the skeletons are unlocked at the waterfall, but I'm struggling to figure this out.

I managed to figure out the skeletons, but the bearded pirates are all still locked. I also cannot unlock the Frosty ninja.

They are connected with achievements system. You can unlock them by special actions in game. Tips how to unlock them are in skins menu.
