and its a fairly easy to use editor if you know any programming laungage.
Because I find it amusing to do so whenever I see an RPG maker game make it to the Steam front page.
See RPG maker games on the surface all look about the same, so when I see screenshots for this game it looks pretty much identical to FREE hentai RPG games, that are probably better designed.
Like Legend of Queen Opala.
You really should try some of the free games. They aren't all good, but some are surprisingly well made. As for being hard on the eyes, it's got 8 bit and 16 bit era graphics depending on the RPG maker engine they use, honestly I think this engine looks a bit better than most 16 bit games like Chrono Trigger. If you can't stand the look of it, you're missing out on timeless legendary games that defined the Genre before the Triple A industry mucked it up.
